Once we began rolling out our plan, we quickly noticed a number of necessary technical adjustments.  Those are reflected in the Table 2.

The above adjustments occurred pre-pandemic.  Of course, the pandemic required additional adjustments which are defined in Table 3.

Additionally, we found the visual workflows to be particularly useful as we framed the story of CARE for our presentation.  They helped us conceptualize "containers" of resources and connections that aid a struggling student.  They helped us communicate our vision to the Westminster College community.  They helped us envision measurements of success.  The visual workflows, though seemingly simple, were a turning point for the team.  The change, the direction, the tools, the results all seemed to come together.  Each workflow is illustrated in Figure 1 and 2.
